Website Use
This website provides information about our vehicle-buying services and access to a third-party vehicle appraisal tool. You may use it for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the website or its providers, introduce malicious software, or submit false or misleading information.
When requesting an appraisal or contacting us, provide accurate information and only submit information you are authorized to share. Do not submit another person’s personal information without appropriate permission.
Vehicle Appraisals and Offers
Online appraisals and displayed offer amounts are preliminary and subject to vehicle inspection, verification of the information provided, ownership and title checks, any outstanding loan or lien, and any conditions stated with the offer. Incorrect or incomplete information, or differences in vehicle condition, may affect the final amount.
Submitting an appraisal request does not require you to sell your vehicle and does not, by itself, complete a sale or create a binding vehicle-purchase agreement. A final transaction requires agreement with Aloha Auto Depot LLC and completion of the applicable paperwork. The written transaction documents govern the completed sale, including payment and any agreed conditions.
ClearCar Appraisal Form and Data
The embedded vehicle appraisal form is provided by ClearCar. Information you enter and submit through that form is sent directly to ClearCar, not to the Aloha Auto website’s own backend. The website does not provide a separate form-submission endpoint for these appraisal requests.
This does not mean that the dealer cannot receive your information. ClearCar may make your appraisal request and contact details available to Aloha Auto Depot LLC so our team can evaluate your vehicle and follow up with you.
ClearCar operates its form and processes submissions under its applicable terms and privacy notices. Review the notices presented in the form before submitting information. Our handling of personal information that we receive is described in our Privacy Policy.
The appraisal tool depends on ClearCar’s service availability. If it does not load or you experience an error, call 808-599-9360 for assistance. An on-screen estimate or submission message is not confirmation that a transaction has been completed.
